Southern Marine was established in 1979. Today, the company consists of dedicated and highly competent personnel with experience from marine operations such as surveys, preventive actions, pre-planning and procedures, risk assessment, design and calculations of sea fastening arrangements etc. In addition, our personnel also have long-term experience in concultancy related to heavy-lift, accident investigation and challenges concerning logistics in particular. PRESS RELEASE - MERGER

Southern Marine is proud to announce the merger of Southern Marine Consult AS and Bjarne Roland AS as of 1 January 2010. Through this merger, the new company will strengthen its leading role in providing advisory services in connection with safety aspects for the industrial and offshore sectors. 
The merged company will continue under the name Southern Marine Consult AS.
